“As a youngster I was constantly listening to music and playing guitar. I knew I loved music and wanted to pursue a career in it however I thought the only option was to be in a rock band… I remember having my first accidental taste of production as a 14 year old, using 2 old cassette recorders to layer up drums, bass, and guitar, it sounded really bad… Even though we had a family computer at that time, I didn’t realise that computers were used to make music… and how easy it could be.
Fast forward 10 years to today, where I have recently graduated a BA Degree in Audio Engineering and Music Production at dBs Bristol, (after briefly studying sociology and deciding I had to change to music production). I was graded a 1st, reflecting my passion and dedication to learn the field. In this time I gained a broad experience working on commercial projects and launching the ark audio company.
I can teach from beginner to advanced, and will tailor the tutoring content to meet your needs, and help you progress your production skills whether its your first experience of production, or you are looking to develop your existing knowledge.”
Lessons can be conducted either face to face at my home studio in Bristol, UK, or online over Skype or Google Hang-Outs.
